Liz was instrumental in guiding us through the process of making the leap to franchise owners. We started very hesitantly with little interest in the franchise route, in all honestly. But Liz helped educate us on the franchise concept, did fantastic research on franchise opportunities that would be a match for us, and guided us step-by-step throughout the process. We never felt like she was influencing our decision in any way. Still, it was just reinforcement as we educated ourselves and became comfortable with the franchise opportunity in front of us. Without her help, we wouldn't be making this change into business ownership.

Liz does a really great job of asking good, probing questions and listening to you. She'll shape what you tell her and allow you to clarify after you hear it back. This was critical in the process for me as I knew I wanted to do something but needed the help to understand what I wanted. It's an iterative process and sometimes you don't know until really forced to make a decision. Of course, Liz is really well-connected and she helped me match up with the right franchisor. Getting to the point of understanding what I really wanted is where Liz really helped me.
She is calm and a great listener.

Without Liz, I don't know where I would be. She helped me narrow down the many choices of franchises out there. Liz kicks ass! I want to start with that. She’s super supportive and has a lot of experience in this field. She’s also good at helping you keep on track and see through your current hurdles. She did all the leg work and brought us lists of franchises that we worked through until we found the right fit. Working with Liz saved us sooooooo much time and headache. I don’t even know where I would have been able to find the 20+ franchise options that she had proposed to us, let alone how long it would have taken to find them.
